Branded Merch, explained
Every organization gets its own branded store — tees, hoodies, hats, and drinkware carrying its name, logo, and colors. Items are printed on demand, which means there is no inventory purchased up front, no sizes to guess at, and nothing left over when the season ends. Supporters choose a garment style, color, and size, then check out on the same page as the other three programs. Each month a limited drop runs for exactly 15 days behind a countdown, closes permanently, and is never offered again — which is what brings supporters back to the store throughout the year rather than once in the spring.

- None

- Monthly limited items close permanently when the countdown ends.

How It Works
Start To Finish.
Each stage below shows what happens, why it matters, and who is responsible for it.
The store is built
Local PerxApproved products are set up with the organization's name, logo, and colors across multiple garment styles and sizes.
Supporters choose between blank styles at different price points — Gildan 64000 at base price, Bella+Canvas 3001 for $5 more, Comfort Colors 1717 for $5 above that — each with its own color range and fabric specs.
The design is approved
OrganizationArtwork is reviewed with the organization before anything is listed for sale.
The organization confirms it holds the rights to any logo, mascot, or wordmark it supplies, and that school or league approval is in place where required.
Supporters shop
SupporterThey pick a style, color, and size, add to the cart, and check out alongside the other programs.
The cart persists between the store and checkout, quantities and sizes can be edited at any point, and product detail panels show fabric specs and multiple product views before purchase.
Items are printed on demand
Fulfillment partnerEach order is produced after it is placed, then shipped directly to the supporter.
Nobody sorts boxes in a cafeteria and no parent delivers shirts out of a trunk. Shipping is $5 per item via UPS and is shown before payment.
Monthly drops create return visits
Local Perx + organizationA limited item runs behind a 15-day countdown, then closes for good.
Scarcity is what makes a store worth revisiting. Once the countdown expires the item is retired and is not reissued, which protects the value for everyone who bought it.
Profit is credited to the campaign
Local PerxEvery order is attributed to the student or organization whose link produced it.
The store keeps earning between campaigns — playoffs, graduation, homecoming, and alumni weekends all produce orders long after the main window closes.
For The Organization
Why It Works For The Program.
What the organization actually gets out of running this alongside the other three programs.
Zero inventory risk
Nothing is purchased in advance and nothing is left unsold. The old model of guessing sizes and eating the leftovers disappears entirely.
Open all year, not just in season
The store does not close when the campaign ends, so it earns through playoffs, graduation, homecoming, and alumni weekends.
Visibility that keeps working
Every shirt worn around town is a standing advertisement for the program, and it was paid for by the person wearing it.
No volunteer fulfillment burden
No sorting tables, no distribution night, no missing orders. Items ship directly to the person who bought them.
Drops give you a reason to post
A monthly limited item with a countdown is fresh content the organization did not have to invent.
Credited like every other program
Store orders roll into the same leaderboards and reporting as memberships, donations, and raffle entries.
